Packers v. Cardinals – What to Make

What food is Arizona known for?  I have absolutely no idea, none.

 

I am thinking of making enchiladas or chili verde . . . and chicken noodle soup (just because Ryan asked, not because it has anything to do with Arizona).  

Any thoughts? Suggestions?

    I would imagine there is a great Mexican/Hispanic influence in the cuisine of the Southwest, Arizona included. So enchiladas or Chile Verde seem fitting. I’m not sure about the chicken noodle soup, other than it’s good anytime, anywhere. You could make Tortilla soup, chicken soup with a Latin twist.
